Alpine INE-AW409S — The Smart Entry-Level Choice
The Alpine INE-AW409S is the entry point of this new Alpine range — but entry point for Alpine means something very different to entry level in the broader market. With Bluetooth 5.0 and dual USB inputs you can stream music and make hands-free calls effortlessly, supporting a wide range of audio formats including FLAC, MP3, WAV, APE and video playback for maximum compatibility.
The one thing it doesn’t have is built-in DAB radio — but as Waz points out, you can simply use a DAB app through Android Auto or CarPlay to access digital radio. For most customers this is a completely acceptable compromise for the price difference between this and the AX809.
