⚙️ The Challenges We Overcame
Every vehicle has its quirks — and this Fiat with a Connect U system brought a few unique ones our way. Here’s how our team tackled them:
1️⃣ Keeping all car information functional – We ensured full integration with vehicle data displays.
2️⃣ Retaining cluster info – No loss of factory dash functions after the upgrade.
3️⃣ Hiding the subwoofer discreetly – Achieved a stealth install so the interior remains clean and functional.
4️⃣ Original camera not compatible – The camera used AHD instead of CVBS format. After some research and rewiring, we got it working perfectly with the new Kenwood system.
5️⃣ No reverse wire from stalk (crossover vehicle issue) – Solved through advanced signal tracking and rerouting.
